Project: Axis Bank Application

This project focused on the multi-stage data entry and validation of Saving Bank Account forms through a structured workflow. The process involved three key stages—Data Entry-1, Data Entry-2, and a Quality Check stage that compared inputs from the first two for discrepancies. The project was executed in four defined phases: Tagging, Cropping, Data Entry, and Quality Check, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of customer data before final submission and exiting of the work item. The solution helped reduce manual errors and standardize account form processing for banking operations.

Project: DocAutomation – Default Resolution

The Default Resolution project was developed to support the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP), a U.S. federal initiative aimed at assisting eligible homeowners with mortgage loan modifications. The project automated the traditionally manual process of handling borrower documents using Kofax technologies. The solution intelligently classified incoming documents received via mail into predefined categories and extracted key data points, which were then updated directly into the backend database. This significantly improved processing efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time for loan modification workflows.

In preparation for Kofax Capture 11.1, the project also involved migrating over 200 batch classes from Siebel (SBL) scripting to .NET, ensuring long-term platform compatibility and maintainability.
